1. Project Scoping
First we will discuss your current stack and learn what you love about it and what you think could be improved. We will ask many questions to try to identify the bottlenecks and processes that are candidates for automation. We will then submit a proposal with our best advice on how to most efficiently tackle those challenges.
2. Onboarding & Project Roadmap
We will provide a timeline and budget along with a list of deliverables and key milestone dates. We aim to under promise and over deliver on each and every contract. Scopes change, we understand . We will work with you to keep the budget and timeline on track while substituting features as the client sees necessary.
3. Development Execution
Our team of developers will be followed by our testing team to hunt down any bugs or logical oversights and make sure they are addressed. The Development and testing process is all overseen by a project manager who is in charge of translating the client's needs into actionable plans and keeping the budget and timeline on track.
4. Launch & Maintenence
We will be with you from planning through launch. Our team which spans 5 time zones will be ready to react to any and every error that may pop up as your workflow moves from a test environment into the real world. We honor our original contract rates on any and all work that may be deemed necessary after the origincal scopes are exhausted.
